What does Approved Potentials cost employers?
Starter costs €149 per month (1 active opening), Professional €299 per month (3 active openings), plus VAT. No placement commission is charged for platform matching.
Can I also advertise apprenticeships?
Yes. Each job slot can be used for a job, an apprenticeship or an internship – in the Professional package, for example, two jobs and one internship at the same time.
How do I get candidates?
You define the requirements for each opening. We suggest matching, pre-assessed profiles – with a matching value and a clear explanation.
When do I see contact details and documents?
As soon as an applicant accepts your contact request. Before that you see activity, place of residence, qualifications, experience, languages, category and which documents are available.
What do the categories A, B and C mean?
A stands for highly, B for well and C for moderately placeable. Work permit and recognition status are shown separately – origin is not an assessment criterion.
How do I cancel or switch packages?
In your account. If you cancel, your package stays active until the end of the paid period. When switching to a smaller package, you choose which openings stay active.
Do you also offer personal support?
Yes, separately if needed: personal candidate search, immigration support and help with recognition procedures. Just talk to us.
How do I pay?
You book your package when registering and pay monthly. You can find your invoices as PDFs in your account at any time.
