Data processing for placement
Anonymity in placement (applicants): We place great importance on the protection of your data. Therefore, applicant profiles are presented to potential employers in anonymized form only. Contact information is only shared with your explicit consent.
Use of employer data: Company data and contact information of employers are stored and used exclusively for placement purposes. This allows us to ensure an optimal match between you and potential candidates.
Storage and deletion of data
Data storage on our platform is always in accordance with legal requirements:
Active use by applicants and employers: As long as you actively use our platform, we store your data securely. If you cancel your account, the data will remain for a transitional period of six months to facilitate possible reactivation. After this period, the data will be completely and irreversibly deleted.
Automatic deletion after inactivity: After termination of use and service, all data is automatically deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
Transfer of data to third parties
Approved Potentials only transfers your data to third parties if this is necessary for placement purposes and you, as an applicant or employer, have expressly agreed to the transfer.
Confidential handling: Your data will only be shared with selected employers when a suitable position is found for you. Data protection and your consent are our highest priority.
Transparent cooperation: If we enter into partnerships in the future to improve your placement opportunities, we will inform you transparently and obtain your consent in every case.
