  • Anonymity in Placements (Applicants):
    Protecting your data is a priority for us. Applicant profiles are anonymized and presented to potential employers in this form. Your contact details will only be shared for direct exchange upon your explicit consent.

  • Use of Employer Data:
    Company data and contact details from employers are stored and used exclusively for placement purposes to ensure an optimal match with potential professionals.


4. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored on our platform complies with legal requirements:

  • Active Usage by Applicants and Employers:
    While actively using our platform, your data is stored securely. If you terminate your account, your data will remain accessible for six months to facilitate potential reactivation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.

  • Automatic Deletion After Inactivity:
    Once usage ends, all data will be automatically deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.

Approved Potentials only shares your data with third parties if it is necessary for placements and you, as an applicant or employer, have explicitly consented to the transfer:
